Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your name and the phone number you log in with.
• Listings: property details, price, locality, photos and the contact number you choose to show.
• Print orders: delivery name, phone and address.
• Payments: the amount, status and the payment reference from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Technical: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs (such as IP address) for security and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

• To show your listing page and poster, and to let you manage them.
• To deliver printed posters and call you about delivery.
• To process payments, refunds and support requests.
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

What is public

While a listing is live, its page is public: anyone with the link or QR can see the details, photos and the contact number you chose to show. When it expires or you delete it, the page shows “no longer available”.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Our hosting and storage providers (Vercel and Neon), which store data for us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and listings while your account exists. Deleted listings and their photos are removed. Payment and order records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your listings at any time from My listings. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email sharifmk786@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. See also our contact page.
